$20 Seller Drop-Off

Mon, Feb. 10 (8am-8pm):  Drop & GO Sellers – must have all tags marked with “D” to donate rejects before the sale and unsold items after the sale.  Large items = self check-in

Tue, Feb. 11 (8am-8pm):  Regular Drop-Off, including Teen Sellers

 

$15 RE-STOCK SELLER DROP-OFF HOURS

Fri, Feb. 14 (9am-11am) – Bring everything to garage door on right side of building.  *Remember* re-stock sellers must be pre-registered ($15 fee) and are limited to 100 total hanging clothing sizes 2T-6/6X, shoes sizes 5T-4Y, toys & large items.


Regular Drop-Off Instructions

1. Park & Enter

Double doors to the right of main entrance = Large Items, toys, bargain bins, books

Double doors to the left of main entrance = Hanging clothes, shoes

2. Sign In

Sign in area + barcoding station are located at the checkout area.

Register for Pre-Sale E-Tickets

3. Proceed to Inspection Areas in any order

1. Clothes inspection (Hanging only, in size/gender order)

2. Shoe inspection

3. Large item inspection area (fill out claim tickets)

4. Toys inspection

5. Bargain Bin inspection


Remember the Limits

  • 250 hanging items or one Z rack.
  • 500 total pieces per seller number.
  • Best 10 pair of shoes per gender. So 20 pair shoe max. per seller.
  • Best 50 hanging items sizes NB-12 months. (50 per gender). Outfits/play clothes must be on hangers, not bagged.
  • Best 50 hanging items for Girls 10/12 and up.
  • Bagged clothing limited to onesies, sleepers & gowns sizes NB-24 months.
  • Teen clothing limited to coats, athletic/athleisure wear and shoes.

Rolling racks are available on a limited, first-come, first-serve basis. For the quickest drop-off, come prepared with your own wagon or cart.

We appreciate those of you who choose to donate your leftovers after the sale!  However, we aren’t able to accept/store items you want to go straight to donate (without putting in the sale) due to the timing of charity pickup.
